Founded in 1952, ECWA Hospital Egbe, a division of ECWA (Evangelical Church Winning All), is a rural teaching hospital serving a large population in Kogi State, Nigeria. A 121-bed, multi-service facility, the hospital is comprised of approximately 33 acres with 68 buildings. It has a staff of 69.

The medical complex includes:

  • Two operating theaters
  • Maternity ward
  • Under 5’s clinic
  • Eye centre
  • HIV/Aids clinic
  • Laboratory, pharmacy and X-ray facilities
  • Nursing School
  • Midwifery School
  • Outreach clinics

  1. Excellent website. My name is Don Fawcett. I am involved in Egbe, HELP West Africa, and the outreach to the Fullani people. I will be looking forward to seeing you in Egbe at the hospital June 20-30, 2014. We will also have 4 nurses on our team and one nursing professor from Ranger College in Texas.
